kind of yea, i just placed all the afghan compound statics in a corner of the map, so i can join them there and then place them where i need em..

sorry glimm, missed that post.
nothing to show really but no worries, it didn't fell off the desk and i'm working regularly on it.
spent lots of time working on the rural areas and the rivers and the green zone around lately, wich still takes a lot of time. once i got the rivers done i'll cook new terrain lightmaps and do a media update.
however it'll still take 'a long time' since scale 4 is really really large and you have to work completely different like you do with 2 or 1 km sized maps..
just be advised that this isn't the high priority mapping project for me at the moment as i want to finish other things first.
i think it'll take you guys a good while anyways until you have enough assets for a large scale map.
also, i didn't hear anything about the airfield statics for a long time now.

We dont have all armour assets yet so no worries, were just a bit curious on what its going to look like
On those airfield statics, i think for now you can use the Al Basrah Int. static until we get the kandahar int. airfield done.
