And thats the problem I already mentioned from before, the BF2 reload system cannot tell a difference between a dry reload and when you are doing a tactical reload.

All weapons in game right now currently use the dry reload (cocking the weapon). So IMO I would stick with the dry reload and use all the proper drills for it (including the forward assist). Even though, in combat situations you are MUCH more likely to use a tactical reload, but ahh well there is only so much you can do in Bf2...

I'd skip the RPK for now.... the main rifles for each faction are whats needed most, as that is most of the time what players are using (both scoped/ironsite)

I was kidding, we dont use the RPK or the m16A2 anymore :D

btw, I upped the reload time from 4 to 7 seconds.
also, Why is there 4 diffrent L85A2 ironsight .tweak files, and why is every kit with the ironsight version using the 4th .tweak file except for the riflemanAB (rifleman without scope) which uses the first .tweak file? Is there a diffrence between the .tweak's?

Cp20000..any chance you could redo the TAR21 family reloading animation when you can?thats one of the main feedback received on what needs to be done in order for IDF to be 'finished'

Cons are contributors; usually the tag is given when somebody's work has been included in a PR build. I should imagine that right as soon as he's finished redoing every reload animation in-game, he'll be receiving some shiny new tags and a glass of milk with a cookie :D

Joking aside... Cp20k is my new favourite forum member... (and yes, I believe you may have your work cut out for you mate - guess we won't be seeing much of you on T&T for a while lol )

different ammo counts in each, they are all the same weapon with just different amount of mags, for medics, rifleman, crewman etc.
I dont understand why this man has no R-CON tag. Someone care to explain?
Katarn feels that CP20k still has some stuff still to learn about animations before we could use his animations, which him being the one who knows the most about animations in the team, with maybe also stigger I'm going to trust his judgment there. Asked kat to post some pointers in here for CP with any luck he will :)

Bosco that blokes M249 drills were shite. There wasn't any urgency about it! it sucked, by the time he had reloaded, he would have been dead!!!

But great job CP, forward assist or not, it looks awesome! now please to complete the Brits fully, get the GMPG or Minimi(whichever you will add) and put it in game for Auto Rifleman, CP do the anime and kapeesh, brit army with all their leet weapons!!

Yeah, I got a PM from katarn, I appreciate it but I have no idea of what to ask because I have no idea of what is possible to do, I really dont have any experience with animating before except for this one project I did a few years back in school, But that was in 3ds viz and was very VERY basic.

This project sort of spun out of control. It started with me changing the left arm abit on one animation and now theres people asking me to do all kinds of animations...
Ill try to help as much as I can but im no animation "god", far from it.

nah im saying that when the GMPMG or Minimi comes out, hopefully you will have learnt that stuff you need to learn and can make a 1337 animation for it! but i don't want to rush you mate, cos if you go off animating because it becomes a chore, then that will suck, you should enjoy everything you do! especially as you ain't getting payed!! :p
