I'm sorry to say this but I personelly don't like the cave thing.. Reminds me too much of games a la counterstrike. It's ok if there's only small chance of enemy contact in there...

I disagree about the caves. Khana seems to have a guerrila warfare type feel to it, and it's something that we've really yet seen in PR.

I can imagine a squad walking past a cave and not checking it properly, and b being ambushed by a big brown bear to the delight of the insurgents.

It looks considerably like it's real life setting, which i think is also an integral part considering this is a reality mod.

Named changed...again...to Korengal Valley. Should be the last time. This is a real location which I was trying to base my map on.

I always think: 'What, a new map I haven't heard of yet?' when I see the new post icon.

Just find another place along the valley and choose a name you like (that doesn't translate to feces in another language)

I like 'Bar Kashkowt' sounds like a fun place.

I'm glad to see a Korengal map that actually works for PR. The WIP I had was more like vBF2 scale, and the lack of new statics prevented me from really getting anywhere. Aside from that, the addition of Archer, as well as Khara/Khana for 0.8, eliminated the demand for new Afghanistan maps that had been so prevalent when I began my version of Korengal.

I've moved on to a Chinese desert map, so my version of Korengal is pretty much dead.

As far as searching, Korengal goes by Korengel on some maps, which is what I searched for before. Then saw the name correction on ABC.
