hehe, one flying low over my house the other day shook it quite a bit, dont get many Chinooks round here, get loads of Sea Kings, Lynxes etc but that's cos I've got a Fleet Air Arm base next to me, as well as Westlands.:iGi:.NinjaJedi wrote:Three of these big boys just flew over my office on their way to Selly Oak Hospital in Birmingham, pretty low flying and hovering for a bit, and i'll tell you. they are LOUD.
Windows shaking, people going outside to have a look kinda loud.
They are BEASTS, when rhino say's they need a map big enough he's not joking!
I say a NATO vs Insurgent map somewhere in Afghanistan, with enough flat opium fields where the Chinooks can land. Some small villages who can be encountered either by air or by light combat vehicles. And enough weapon cashes for everyone!.:iGi:.NinjaJedi wrote:Three of these big boys just flew over my office on their way to Selly Oak Hospital in Birmingham, pretty low flying and hovering for a bit, and i'll tell you. they are LOUD.
