What a cool map!
I would
love to move around on it, just making plans and getting crazy ideas in how to those should be processed.
The amount of possibilities on such a map seems endless. One can use pretty much every method out there and from the sheer size of it, the teams would have to be able to keep up their momentum in order to deliver their punch to the opponent.
First thing in my mind: encirclements, flanking operations, helicopter-infantry operations, combat retreat and maybe a bit of static defence also

tbh I haven't worked on this for a while now, if other people would like to try editing it that would be ok with me, you could just make a few changes of what you think would be good and then upload the file onto this forum.
I was thinking of having barbed wire along the tops of the hills around the British base, and also following suggestions to make it easier to get to the top of the mountain. The map needs to be tested on a range of different graphics settings to make sure people with lower settings don't have an advantage when it comes to draw distance of the undergrowth.
Maybe some time I'll get back into working on it but for now I've got lots of other things to do and I was just getting tired of the editor crashing all the time

It could be that I didn't set it to be the same vehicle for both P1 and P2 by accident

I would volunteer the GCA but we are very busy for the next 3-4 weeks. In June we might have some free time and could round up about 20-30 guys to help test.

Ok I'll see if I can get hold of someone who has a server...
I am quite busy but I guess it wont take too much time to organize one event
- and by organize I mean tell someone to set this up on their server then post the date of the event here

Is the map developed enough to battle on or would this be just running around looking at scenery?

You're right - I haven't worked on it for a while I forgot there's still a lot of work to be done before it's really playable.
Maybe over the holidays I'll start work on it again... In the meantime other people can have a go at editing it I guess.

The mountain on this map is very cool, climbing up it reminded me of bush walking when I was younger.
It feels like real countryside roaming around the map, with plenty of vegetation and natural terrain.
I look forward to building and defending outposts on the top of the mountain and having firefights in the thick grass.
Definitely not the typical BF map, this one has a strange atmosphere for some reason but that just makes it more interesting I guess.

Thanks, although these days I'm finding it hard enough to find time to work on my personal programming projects let alone working on maps and playing games - so I can't really do anything more on it (I had to remove the BF2 editor on my computer to save space).
Sorry

Ah that's fair enough, just thought it might of still been in production because it's in the ADFv2 test.
Hopefully someone else can finish it, It would be a shame otherwise.
