Yes. Even when you
do read the manual, there's a lot of stuff to cover. I read the manul, the Wiki, and the forums
and got playing experience, then took a lengthy break from PR and, upon returning, forgot I had to wait for the HAT to stabilize before firing it... and killed myself with it.
The stance that "we have nothing against beginners as long as they have the skills of experienced players" is wholly unrealistic.
