EOD 2 has an M60A? so ask them maybe?

any community mod might have an M113 so you could upgrade it to the CM21, same goes for the CM32 the turrent looks like the one on the LAVIII currently made by the canadians and the hul could be an edited one form that LAVIII or the stryker.

A M-60A3 tank ! That old piece of hardware will look weird next to the new CM-32 IFV

thats what i was going to say, the EOD mod team has an m60 already so you would probably save yourself alot of work if your able to borrow it from them and re-skin or mod it etc
