Found some new things
- Did you know that chat doesn't show up to everyone when your dead/wounded (only to dead/wounded)?
- Did you know that you can go Dukes of Hazzard with your humvee on the fire-barricades in Ramiel?
- Did you know that, like snipers, you can delay the reload of grenade-launchers by holding the fire button?
- ... Thermals can look trough smoke, but not trough debris from grenades/shells

Squad leader smoke blocks thermals.
If you hold fire after shooting a Chinese HAT ( PF98 ), it will drop the used tube to the ground.
The SPG-9 range-finder is functional, meaning the numbers on the center column indicate the range in hundreds of meters.

Will be fixed with next patch, I heard.
C4 can kill caches through walls, even on undestructible buildings. But that'll be fixed, too.

It shouldn't be honestly. I remember reading somewhere that thermal-blocking smoke DOES exist, so it would simulate a bit more of an elite sort of presence giving SL's the ability to give a squad cover against rampaging armored land beasts.

It might exist, but is it commonly used? If yes, I'm all for it, more toys for infantry are always good.

The AAV is completely useless at ranges that it's deadly 40mm doesn't arm? (Minus the .50 cal)
(Found that out from MT-LB vs AAV on Muttrah a few nights ago

)

I have to admit that I found some information that I did not know about before which could come in handy.
Double Kits for example, double TOWs...
I did know that using chat while moving puts you on cruise control - using that excessively (i.e. for long walks on iron eagle) until sprint is full again! Liked to use it in vBF2 on Wake, when your dumbass pilot got shot down in the southeast corner of the map and your team wasnt taking any flags anyway...

Did you know Patrolling works? haha, nooo not trolling, pa - trolling. You know when a group of soldiers move back and forth through an area to find things.
Yes 3 times last night on Barracuda, my squad's patrol came across enemy assault teams just outside of the fortification flag we were defending. each time we stopped their advance on our barely defended flag. (mortars really pounded the hell out of the other squads that were there.)

I recently started doing this..
You can throw a patch onto a dead body before reviving, so then the person you are reviving can get an extra boost of health when in a fire fight.
(Throw on corpse, revive, move to cover, return to fight, profit)

Patches also work great if you cant revive bodies. My standard procedure as medic is the following by now:
- Always apply patch on wounded body first - saves epipens
- Use epipen, once, while crouching in the body, aim for upper body
- If that did not work, use resuscitate once
- Use epipen again, details as above
If hes not up by then there is almost no chance of getting him back at all. I never waste more than 2 epipens on one player, except for SL. Sometimes it works if you push parts of bodies out of walls or other objects, if they are stuck there, by using resuscitate, but I only do this with very good cover and lots of time. Once again, that much fuzz is only rewarding for SL. Initially mentioned method works in 90% of cases, everything else is normaly a waste of time and assets...

not true. if on a slope: push him down. otherwise have another SM put a dressing on the body and try to revive at the same time. often works

sometimes stabbing the kit will even work (if none else has touched it) and giving your medic kit to someone else will work.

You never stop learning... especially the bodies on slopes are quite difficult sometimes! I will remeber your advice.
