VOIP cannot be altered by PR, it is known as hardcoded.Why dont you get rid OF RP, yet give each squad leader a button to communicate with every other squad leader at once. Similar to the way the commander can speak to every squad leader. If every SL could communicate to one another it would definately make things interesting.
Join mumble or Teamspeak for the same effect anyway
(I recommend mumble)
