Second of all, do you think deviation should be lowered to reflect soldier marksmanship better?
Appology accepted good sir, i think it should, when prone and not moving after maybe 3 seconds there should be Zero deviation.
Moving however....is another story. now im not a programer, but i know what its like to shoot in combat. A combat soldier treats his weapon better than Heff treats the bunnys, at 300m i can hit a target repeatedly with just the Iron sights of my weapon, while prone. kneeling its a little harder and standing is very difficult. forward motion is even harder.
generaly this is how i would prefer to engage a target
Stationary:
50m or less: standing im dead on, even a head shot
50m to 150m: standing im gona hit the body kneeling
150-300: prone
so....
in game i say have the deviation as follows:
prone: dead on, deviation disapaites after 3 seconds to zero.
but bullet drop off after 300m for 5.56, 500 for 7.62
crouched :d eviation no more than iner rear sight aperature (none if red dot) and dosent go down past the front sight size unless stationary for 5 seconds.
standing; as it is but it dosent get below the size of the front aperature.
for moving keep it as is. except for the crouch with red dots adn iron sights. then use the above. ( we are very acurte while moving and shooting while in the crouch, they teach us this in training repeatedly)
allow sprinting while crouched ( only 1/3 of the speed increase)
