Would love to help with this, but I'm currently committed to the First Strike mod. Maybe if/when it goes belly-up, but even then I think I'll prefer to work on my own stuff for a while.

I have a question about the snow maps.
Will they be made so it looks like you're sinking into the snow, or will you walk on top of it?

snow could be made as undergrowth, which might look like sinking in, but would also serve as a perfect cover, could be intesting tough

we have thought about it in the past, but i am not sure if it would work

right now the snow is only a ground texture

and there will be no more ingame pictures until we get the build up to 0.91 version, which will hopefully be soon enough

Really great work. Really looking forward to a: a snow map, b: one with fjords and boats and manuverability. and c: some really excellent 3d work on those vehicles. Aurora is a real bonus if we have that.

our mapper is working on the aurora, so that it can move, along the same lines as the clouds in Kashan
