I'm afraid my work mates know i have friends coming round for the weekend to game and if I were to pull a sicky it would be too obvious!

Nah, unfortunately I'll be working on Friday and I have a bday party to attend on Friday night as well. By the time I get back home from that I'll be lucky if I can put the key in the front door. I've passed out on the front steps once, and let me tell you...it's NOT fun.
But I do plan on eating, drinking, and breathing PR 0.9 all Saturday night long. I've sacrificed a crazy Super Bowl party weekend to sit down on a computer drink a few toooo many beers and play PR. I'm super excited for this 0.9 release!!! Canadian forces FTW!

Not skipping classes, but I told my girlfriend I'm not sleeping with her friday night since I'll be gaming all night. It'll be the first time I sleep in my own bed since getting back from winter break

I'd ban you for disrespecting a team member, but it would just give credit to your statementTartantyco wrote:Don't worry man, I'll pick up the slack while you're gone.![]()

Unfortunately a workmate of mine thought it would be a good idea to hit repeatedly a guys fist with his face. We work in a videostore where we have to serve customers and shouldn`t look like faceslobber. So i have the honor to step in for that moron. And exactly 9 minutes and 9 seconds before the password release i have to be at work.

I would advise any young person to never put a video game in front of school, work, or anything personal for that matter.
But after reading that change-log, I will explain to my higher rank that I have a situation tomorrow, work late today till 9 or 10pm, get home, get the cheap hard Bacardi brewing and play BC2 till 4am. That gives me 9m 9sec to relieve myself, fill up my drink, pack bowl and wait for password.

I have a half day the way it is and work later in the day.
Don't skip school/work for the game or any game for that matter, it WILL be still there when you get home.
