I like the "Squad" squad.

Now that I start squad leading
I will usually use..
Something all the way down past the letter after I on the phonetic alphabet
Tango, Yankee, Uniform, Zulu, etc.
Or
Something that I will do that round..

or
Just your average Infantry
Infantry
Marines
INF
Civispam

Usually, it's just

But then this thread prompted me to think of cooler names:

I usually call my squad ENG MICS. now with a name like that you would expect people who speak english and have a mic to join the squad, but still the micless non english speaking hordes join the squad and are swiftly kicked after three attempts at a mic check.

What i'd really like is the abillity for longer squad names so I could add things like patience required, over 18's only, no idiots joining the squad just to get a sniper rifle, those kind of things.

Good idea! A optional squad description would be awesome. The squad leader could either lay down some rules or write what he plans on doing. So if I want to be in a inf squad that is intent on supporting other squdas, defending and building up FOBs, that's what I'd look for in the discription.


But I guess that is more of a suggestion for PR 2
