although why does a sniper have a parachute?

if you go into WOW, you can search his house and look at the pictures im using them as clues to find this bear

Saw him run past me yesterday on Karbala, he was in my house on an EU server. I assumed it was a graphics glitch. Looks like a ninja suit made out of purple recycle bags.
Must be real and not just a glitch, its all the Government guys trying to shut the rumours down.
