Hi! Just looked into this, looks like fun that's for sure. I can't give it a try just yet till I install XP over this Linux. The last XP got corrupt and just haven't gotten around to reinstalling it. I have BF2 on Steam though.
Anyway this looked like a great place to post for new players. Can't wait to check it out

Age: almost 16
Experience in FPS/Tactical Games: Pretty decent I think. I'm not in mood to list them all here, I just played a lot of FPS like BF style, Medal of Honor, Call of Duty... etc. etc., I'm a fan of "kinda real" shooters, I don't like alien sci-fi "shit" much ;D
What made you aware of PR: Little research on some online teamwork based tactical game was enough to find this great mod. People reactions were good too, so I gave it a go and bought my copy of BF2 asap.
What do you expect: A good tactical exprience and teamwork, meeting some new people, becoming a regular player in community.
Who are you:Pretty normal 15 years old guy that likes good PC games and loves music - especially jazz

Looking forward to join in.
Thanks man, cool

Experience in FPS/Tactical Games: DOW2, all Halo's, BFBC1&2, BF2, some COD don't own it though, and various older titles from xbox 1 down.
What made you aware of PR: I'm not sure, I was browsin something.. And got linked to the site and --------------------- here i am now
What do you expect: From what I've read, I expect an unforgiving yet rewarding game based on more team play than your mainstream player can handle. "What I can't hop in a tank and roll into the enemy's base willy nilly?" getting carried away. Anyway, I expect a realistic military game.
Who are you: Not your average teenager who really wants to find a wonderful gaming community. I like all sorts of music, long walks on the beach, shooting flaming arrows into haybails, and an assortment of fine pineapples.
In all seriousness I'm a friendly individual. Never been one of those ragers/trolls who **** their pants about dying. Lookin forward to meeting the people here.
Thank you

Why do you apologize, then do it? Also you lack a joke. If you want new players to feel welcome, you need something that either A) Is funny, or B) Puts you in a "negative"/Funny light to create a atmosphere of equality.
So remember that
Also this is the joke:
Your so old your a ghost.

CLARIFICATION! New PR players are not allowed to be funny, especially at the expense of the squadleader or Instructor. And they are Especially Not allowed to make fun of Wicca. That is a big nono.
Keep thread clean before Jigsaw locks it.

Welcome you stranger from down under, if you are a serving member, then hats off.
Being a real soldier kinda outweighs being a virtual one in all aspects so we all look up to that.
That being said, you probably want to play this game, and well not all realife things are the same, such as having a piss. You cant get drunk, trust me, the devs tried implementing a refinery, and well there is an abundance of poppie farms in PR. Cause alot of the devs smoke pot.
But yeah, PR is quite cool, so if you still havent changed your mind, join this xfire group:

Note:
To any Australian, New Zealand, Phillipines or Indonesia. Or from that timezone. I require more instructors. Dtacs, and all you chumps start helping out NAO.
Second Note:
Any PR player in the US timezone, i have an abundance of people from that timezone, who only have 1 Instructor, that is way to much for one person. I require more Instructors.

Not new, but making a return. New PC and everything. Should be quite fun.
Holy hell that's one big file (actually, three) to download. Need to start watching my bandwidth already and the month has barely started.
