Gunny said, after hitman's response, that "he warned us during the 20min wait that he was reserving slots for friend", I didnt ear such this talks during the 20min.

If it's allowed to kick after 20min of wait, my apologize for this report, even if the way this guy kicked is totally disrespectfull. For this last point I would like to simply quote the FIRST rule of FCV:



Please read this message not an attack against FCV but about this admin behavior.

This is not in any way against the rules, and being courteous doesn't mean you're owed an explanation, good-bye, or kiss on the forehead before you're kicked from a squad. This just sounds like a player being salty because they didn't get to fly a plane.

To file a report on this is not okay. From what you've explained Gunnyy was in no way disrespectful, and no rules were broken. If you require this level of coddling, I strongly suggest that you find other servers to play on.

Frivolous reports like this reflect badly on your position within our server. If you continue to make these reports over issues that don't infract any of our rules, we'll be happier to direct you to other servers you can play on.

No it sounds like selfish admins.

I tell my admins time and time again not to do CAS. This is obviously a case where the admin should have just kept the squad locked at the number of jets or pilots he wanted.

I apologize for this and I will speak to the admin in question about this, to avoid a future issue.

Obviously if that were to happen, that player would have CAS.

This entire case is a non-issue. Our admins are not abusing their privileges to get CAS squads. Gunnyy made the squad first, he has final word over who gets to be in that squad.

End of story.

What should have been best was to inform the guy since the beginning that he was not going to fly CAS, not letting him in for 19 minutes and then kick him seconds before the jet spawn, is annoying, and you should agree with that.

It doesn't matter if its annoying, its not against the rules. It also isn't worth a report. If I'm going to have people filing reports against admins just because they're annoyed, we're going to start kicking those people from the server. It's a waste of my time to process these reports when nothing report-worthy has happened.

Now if Gunnyy had RESIGNED him from creating a CAS squad just to take it, THEN that would be a problem. Or if Gunnyy had kicked him out while saying "you're a stupid ni***r" or something. THEN that would be something I should look into.

However this is not.

A clusterfuck of events happening as we speak. Running a server with no admins is a bad idea.

So I just got ban from FCV by the admin " JTF Hitman2Actual "

The map was Saaremaa Alt and me and my friend were crewing one of the T-90A.
At the late stage of the game we were winning by capturing both control tower and cliff so we started hunting enemy tanks. We got the report from the squad leader Jiayu that 2 tanks are smoking and fleeing away. So we decided to chase down those tanks and successfully killed the one with more health by landing two AP shots on it. After that we got kill by the other one hiding in the forest.

After we die, we immediately got kick without any warning and explanation. When we joined back and asking for reason, Hitman just ignored us at the first place. Until someone started yelling "WTF I hit the tank with a LAT kit how did you die blablabla". Since I was so mad at being kick for no warning and reason, I replied " Fuck off you noob " cause I wanted explanation so bad from the admin.

I know I am being rude to him but you can imagine how mad I was toward the admin. But still I want to apologize to that guy here although I don't remember his ID.

But the admin decided to keep being dumb and said the same thing " How did you die chasing a sparkling tank " and immediately banned me for not respecting admin even tho I wasn't talking to him at all.

First thing first, the admin clearly has no clue what happened during the tank fight.
- We were 1 vs 2 in the situation
- We were the one chasing them down so we expected ambush inside the smoke and it happened as well
- We successfully landed two shots on the tank with more health
- We killed one of their tanks which is probably full health because it took us 2 AP shots on the side to kill it

Second,I know admins don't deserve being treated rudely but Hitman is clearly way too sensitive to the word being used.
- I wasn't talking to him at all. Instead I was shouting at the guy who yell WTF and accused us for being shit
- He is clearly abusing his power by no warning given in both kick and ban
- He didn't know the details during the tanks fight and still decided to abuse his banning of kicking people randomly without warning

If this kind of person is allowed to be an admin in FCV. That explains why everyone hate this server and calling it Cancer

You were likely spamming all chat, and inciting others. All things we kick for.

There is no such thing as abusing our power, I could ban every single person on the server tomorrow... and as the one who has paid thousands of dollars upkeeping it, and thousands of hours maintaining it, that would be my right. We have no obligation to allow you to play on our server, and with our community members.

We have no obligation to warn anyone before we kick them.

I need to stress something to you, Free Candy Van is not a public server... it is a private server that we use for our own community, and that we graciously allow others to play on. You are not entitled to a place on the server. I don't care what others say about the server, and I don't care about being the most populated server. Likely those people are all ones we've also banned for identical reasons, and we don't respect them or their opinions.

So from what I've heard, I believe this was only a 24 hour temporary ban. However from this report, and seeing how incendiary you have been, I am going to move this from a temporary ban to a permanent one. No appeal. There are other servers for you to play on, and we encourage you to do so. However, I do not tolerate disrespectful and entitled behavior from public players. Especially ones who have offered nothing to the community, and are selfishly using our hardware without giving anything back.

Free Candy Van is a server for myself, my friends, and the friends of my community. It is not a public service, and I regret ever striving for it to be so. I know we started out as a "server for the people" but after years of that being our message, I can say it was a mistake. The only thanks I receive for hosting this server over the past five years is (at best) the harassment I get when players don't get their way and (at worst) personal threats against myself, my friends, and family. I don't tolerate this any longer, and neither does our staff.

If you cannot have respect for our staff and community while in our house, you will not be allowed into it. That is the end of the story, and anyone who disagrees with this I will also immediately ban from the server.

Permanent ban, no appeal.

Hopefully this is clear to everyone.

There's ability to password server to make it actually not a public server rather than a public with post-connect kick
With that ability, non-friendly peasants wont get on a server for friends.
With that ability, license rules apply less strictly on a server for friends.
With that ability, server allows server-side modding for more events for friends.

That was before people started going to my Facebook and regularly attacking my wife whenever we kicked them from the server. I don't care what you think of things I've said in the past, this community killed those sentiments years ago. When I made that video I thought better of this community and the people in it, I don't think that way anymore. Whatever friend you think you had in me ended a long time ago, the only community I care about at this point is my own.

Im entirely aware of that video I've made. I actually would like everyone to watch it. Maybe then you'll understand how much disgust I've grown and respect I've lost for this community. If anything I actively sympathize with HOG now.

Don't come onto the server unless you're prepared to be civil and non-confrontational. I don't care how you feel about me, my server, or our community. You will not stay on it.

Edit: Nevermind, you were already banned. It all makes sense now, that's why I don't respond to these threads. It's all people we've previously ridden ourselves of. We should not be here wasting our time with the opinions of users we've already barred from the server. I'll likely close this thread if the issue continues.

Until I start getting reports on here that are mature and respectful, then I don't care how autistic you think my admins are. You won't be treated seriously, and possibly even removed from the server.

Treat our community members with the respect you expect to be treated with, and then maybe we'll start taking your complaints seriously.

Don't know the whole back story here and not going to read all these posts to find out but I think this statement should apply to anyone, on any server, to everyone else on the server, and people who aren't shouldn't be playing PR tbh.

From what I saw in the text, I respect and appreciate for what you have done for the PR community and I feel sorry for what happened towards you from this community before.

Maybe I shouldn't post that Thread when Im still mad since some of the words I used seems to be making you feel offended. I apologize to you and the admin here if any of my words offended you guys before.

But I want to clarify one thing that is between admins and players they can take one more step. While admins decided to do a instant ban / kick, maybe they can try to find out what happened first? And I think some of the players are willing to answer the questions politely instead of raging and starting to throw out garbage from their mouth. It might only takes a few seconds but it will easily work out as well just like what happened in my case which is even without any report admin decided to kick someone based on what he knows but not what happened. Of course, admins are busy the time they are in the server and this is not their responsibility to clarify all the facts. But by doing so maybe things like these kinds of stupid complaints will happen less often? When shit complaints happened it will probably take more of your time. And I know there are still tons of trolls and retardeds which you can easily tell the difference but I think the players in the server are willing to point that out for the admins.

But it's your call since you mention FCV is a private server.

True. But when the time you are being treated in a confrontational way, sometimes it's hard to control yourself and not throwing out shitty words that you won't use normally. No matter in a player/player or admin/player situation and this always happen in all current PR servers.
