The biggest thing I have against them is that the previous voices were better ones. The ones that are in now just seem really childish and a pretty huge downgrade to the old ones. I'm not saying I could do it better but then again I would of not replaced the old ones.

I disagree, the voice commands are quite a feature in the game. You hear them A LOT..., the thing is with the US voices is that you can understand them. I don't understand the IDF voices and they may be just as annoying for Israelis as the US voices are to me.

No offense to the guy who recorded them, but they aren't that good.

I agree on the voices, I think the problem is the are made to be somewhat comical which doesn't fit in with the tone of the game.

I agree. Look at US military videos on youtube, it is scary how ridiculous they act. I saw a video in Iraq where a squad was pinned down by a sniper, so they called in a Tank that shot the building he was hiding in. As soon as it exploded, they all went like "F*ck yeah, take that motherf*cker" and other highly intellectual sentences like that. I felt like watching a bad movie...

As sad as it sounds, I think the new voices depict accurately the "murica F*ck yeah" mentality 8)

I have been a PR player for about 3 years and have upgraded to all the different versions. One thing I do not care for in this BETA release is the addition of the F-Bomb in the audible commands. Not everyone wants to hear the F-Bomb every time you call for a medic or when you want to "Bail Out" of a vehicle. The "Bail Out" command was used to request getting out of a vehicle or to tell others to get out. Please reconsider removing the constant use of the F-bomb in the audible commands. Who wants kids (future PR players) to have to be exposed to this. I am a middle aged male and this feature needs to be changed or an option to turn it off. Thanks for listening.

It's because it's a new version, so people ask a lot of questions on all chat and some people even report bugs there, etc. Just wait for it to calm down, it's always like that.

The Text All chat. Its been bad in 0.98 too in my opinion. Its probably hardcoded or it'd be gone already.

Like I've seen people taunting in all chat before they kill them, or asking "who did I just kill" stuff like that. Not to mention tons of off topic stuff.

I have to ask why the medic capacity to heal himself with the medic kit was removed. I know it was taken out even before 0.98 but I never knew why.
Patches are set to 5 instead of 11 but it still is a high number and gives the possibility to quickly revive a fallen mate (by throwing a patch on his body) who is now able to run and see again as normal. It takes out the spice from these situations, dont you think?
With the capacity to auto heal via medic kit and only 1 patch we wouldnt see this "tactic" anymore.

Because it was a bug to begin with and medic always had more than one patch so it was always dropped even if we could heal ourselves.

The game is rated T for a reason, including language. The mod is a realism mod, there is no censoring in reality.

Lol, someone said something in game a few days ago, made me laugh while playing on Saaremaa asked if this was still Project: Reality, or Project: America?

The Americans get the mk12 SPR, while the Russian's Alt marksman kit is still a Dragunov with no optics. Lol, as if they would field a marksman with no optics. I'm thinking they need to give the Dragunov SVU to the Russians now. In current state, the Russian Forces look more like a third world country military than modern one.

I think more work needs to be put on Russians and China forces, both of these factions are used more often than the other factions in AAS as one of the sides fighting vs Blufor.

Marines get what they use in RL,and I am not sure that Russians really get SVD
without optics if you press right click,I think that you are wrong.

And so what if they get Mk12 ? Is it any superior ? More powerful ? It is just newer,
and it have more of 'tacticool' 'value' than regular SVD.

I'm just saying if the US faction gets a silenced sniper rifle, why don't the Russians get at least the SVU-A or the VSS Vintorez?

You need to improve your reading comprehension, I'll rephrase it to help you understand, the Russians would never issue a SVD with no optics to a soldier in the field when his role is a marksman. I'm saying the ALT kit on the Russian Armed Forces needs to be changed.

Combat Medic: Longer Heal Time

I'm happy for it to be longer in 1.0 than in previous versions, but I think it's now too long. Some middle ground between 0.98 and its current value would be ideal in my opinion.

I searched but couldn't find a dedicated thread for this subject, which amazes me since I hear a lot of people complaining about it in-game.

Cause there isn't anything else to fit the bill as a marksman rifle for the regular army..what PR is based on. SVU-A and VSS are for "special units" in the ruskie army, 7/8 of those pics are spetsnaz
