Updated FSA to use TOW, HJ-8, or Milan randomly as deployable AT.

Super minor, but were there any changes to aircraft flare smoke trails? They have an awkward angle/jagged edge when falling, usually not a smooth curve. Nonetheless, top notch work, can't wait 8-)

Many effects were altered. I believe the jet fire and smoke effects are part of the changes yeah :) But also missile trials, static smoke and fire, explosions, handheld and vehicle smoke, ...
