That's different, it's not from the voting. Voting ends in 1h then we'll know. What you are talking about is like views and such.

voting ends in one hour? then after that how long until the winners are announced? i thought i read somewhere there like 15 days is that correct?

Phase 3 was waiting for results... wasn't it? Wonder why they need 3 weeks for getting the results up. Well I guess they want to take their time and create the content for the contest like videos and the likes but I would like to see something like the top 10 a bit earlier.
