This is a new commander asset for my map. The USMC can call in godzilla to kick the stuffing out of the militia BRDM.

Believe it or not, this is also the loading screen I will use for sending in the map.

This list is basically a catalogue of things I have in my map. if ANY of the wood statics get on that list I will have to take action.*
*Action means in this case that I am going to drive to england (via eurotunnel), buy a dead fish and slap rhino with it.

A little south of the 3 roofs in the north?
Gimme Gimme Gimme!
Do we get a public-test map again, or do we have to wait for the official release?

the low detail crash is not fixed. It appears any map I create on Vista has this issue. If I create a map the same way on my XP pc it does not crash.

I just packed the final version I am goin to send. I can post it too. But since custom maps are not played often (no ingame download) the best bet would be that the devs are overwhelmed by the coolnes of it and make it official. The godzilla is supposed to win them over.

btw someone suggested to me making a training version too because it apparently is fun to use the map as a dirt track.
My favorite things I like to do is taking shortcuts over the edge. In most cases I actually get out of the car alive when it reaches the bottom.
The other thing I was practicing was grenading the sawmill from the center hill.

You used the one rock formation WAY too many times imo. Just from the minimap I see the same one about 30 times, lol.
Try rotating them not only around horizontally, but also vertically. Right now it looks incredibly gamey
Use different rock formations alongside rotating them in more random way, sinking them into the earth more, turning them on their sides, and the like... will look much better and make it a LOT more random.

when you get to play the map yourself you will see that each rock was rotated on all 3 axis. they just stick out on the minimap.
It does not gte more random than this.

if you read what he says then you'll understand that it does actually get 'more random'
the varied use of a wide range of statics roated on all 3 axis provide a fresh look in all areas of the map especially when it comes to rocks,
try using the Cliff 20M and Cliff 30M by sinkin them into the ground for a unique look aswell.

it dont look it, I would take the advice given.
also if it was "very random", every rock would be unique
