1. I'd love to see fastropes for Blackhawks/NH 90"s and Mec choppers
2. SAR chopper wit ha big red cross on it with maybe points taken off if the chopper is being shot down...(afaik medical vehicles in war are to be left alone as they are not a fighting force) so i'd guess chopper has a pilot seat co pilot medic-kit and three spots for wounded with a slow auto heal
3. a little work on marksman guns esp. m14

i know they are technically not possible.. but what if they were simulated..?
lets say a blackhawk is hovering about 20-25 metres off the ground and the passengers exit they appear under the chopper with a delay of lets say 3-4 secs unharmed andything higher than the 25 metres = Fail ( instant blackandwhite screen) this would call for really good pilots
just an idea i came up with today
