I have checked our ban list. You are not on it. However it seems you have been banned on the global griefer ban list (not by us). This should have only been for a short period of time. I'll inquire on your behalf and see where it goes. I'll also check the web site status, if you were able to post you should be able to read responses.

4/19/09 I try join both Chicago server it said its full when its not. Chicago insurgency had only 3 ppl but I can't join.

You guys have some of the worst admins I've ever encountered in PR and I've been playing for a long time now. I'll summarize two incidents:

1) I was a transport little bird pilot. I always fly safe and effectively because I don't want to waste assets and tickets. A lone wolf wanted me to drop him right on top of a mosque and I said no. A H admin started harassing me, saying I suck as a pilot if I can't make that drop. I told him I fly carefully, it's just not worth risking a Little Bird for a stupid drop for a guy who's not even working in a squad. This H admin was in an Apache squad, and their apache went down 5 minutes after going up, twice. When the H admin harassed me again about my piloting skills (mind you I had 0 deaths and my initial little bird in tact, and he had lost 2 apaches with hardly any kills by now), I called him out on his careless flying and he threatened kicking me. I shut my mouth then.

2)Playing Ramiel. Some idiot (not an H member) takes the PKM and starts shooting randomly at a Little Bird that is pretty far away (he had no chance of hitting it). I tell him to stop and that he's giving away the cache position, because he's sitting right on it, shooting wildly into the air.
An H member tells me to shut it. I ask "I can't give strategic advice?" and I get kicked for "When we need your advice we'll ask for it"

I'm done playing on your servers. These incidents happened in two consecutive nights and ruined them both for me. Your admins need to take a course in logic and are ******** to boot.

Your generalizations about our admins as a whole being ********/bad admins/etc... are unnecessary. What were the admin's names? We dont allow this kind of behavior in hardcore and it will be dealt with accordingly if this is truly the case.

Not playing on our servers is your choice. I have pulled the chat log of the incident of which you speak. I'd love for you to come to our web site so we can discuss BOTH sides of this claim. The tone you used here is mild in comparison to the exchange in game and it plays out a little differently than you claim. It's funny how people never do anything wrong are randomly picked out by an admin and kicked for no reason. Thank goodness for chat and server logs. So please come to our website so I can show you the log and discuss it with you.

Viper, can you send me the logs please. I would like to look at them. I am starting a post in the admin section of our forums on this issue. Please copy the log there.

Your servers are probally my most favorite. Seeing how I can't even get into the TG server anymore because it's always full. Your server is now my most played at. However I seem to keep getting kicked for being inactive when I am not.

In the Insugency server when I am driving a vehicle as the driver and just sitting there because I got a good position for the tech gunner. I get kicked or if I am patiently waiting to ambush somebody I get kicked. IMO that should be redone on how you kick inactives by checking to see if they are really inactive via trying to talk to them and see if they responde.

Sorry Demonic. Most of the time we try to verify if the person is actually idle AFK or as you say just idle in game. Sometimes it's not possible to tell by looking at BFcc and seeing a player idle for 10 or 15 minutes. I would suggest just moving around a bit (enter exit a vehicle) just so your idle time doesn't multiply. If the server is full, chances are the idle players will be removed so just move around a bit !

I wish it were so but H's admins are not even that accountable. Now he's claiming that I shot him.
I've overlooked a lot of things on that server, from the admins claiming they had first dibs on all vehicles, to absolute asshattery on the morning.

But apparently one thing you mustn't do is teamkill an admin, even if it is clearly an accident.

1:36 am / pst yesterday, an admin is killed when a teammate runs into my grenade trap, within half a second he bans me. Of course in his position I would have kicked the person or w/e, after all, I would be pissed if I was randomly killed in the heat of battle.

But what he did was permanently banned me and wouldn't even respond to my appeal thread. I made my forum post which remained unanswered, except by another H Admin. And that Admin promised to get Voices to write a respond,

My appeal consisted of nothing more but a synopsis, but nevertheless an admin who didn't feel he should be accountable for his actions decided to ban me so I couldn't write a response.

What did I do? I certainty was not spamming, you are more than welcomed to take make an account and see what I posted.
It was nothing short but a short ban appeal and a synopsis of what occurred.



I was banned from their forum because someone did not want me to see my thread. It was only because I had an active subscription through email that I was able to see the subsequent posts.
Now I suspect even if they do admit I was banned because of grenade traps (which Voices is not doing), they seem perfectly fine with lying and pinning me with another ruse crime.




I'm surprised that such a popular server could have such retarded admins. Or perhaps someone was drinking on the job (I suspect so because Voices had been online at 4 AM). Regardless, I don't think I'm going to get unbanned (it's my ''word'' against that of an admin, after all :roll

I'm pretty sure this isn't really mean't to be here, take up your gripe with the admins via PM, etc.

Or alternately just don't use their server, I've never even heard of it so I'm sure you can live without it.

Hello guy`s a member of our clan =WST= has got kicked from your insurgency server yesterday twice and got banned the third time for a strange reason .
He was flying in chopper quit a while and dropped squads wherever they wanted but he didn`t named his squad as chopper and almost got teamkilled by others and got kicked "steeling assets" after that he joind again and joined the sq whit an admin of your server stiffymagnum to ask why and got kicked again then the third time joining and playing as infantrie whitout asking or something else he got banned for steeling assets again .
can you make it undone because he likes playing also on your server and the only error he made was not naming his squad correctly

I'm familiar with the =H= admin behaviour the OP is talking about.

On the Chicago kashan training server I was practising squad leading with some randoms and we set up an outpost on the ridge between US and MEC vehicle training, the MEC players found it and started attacking it so I ordered the squad to defend it (which they did brilliantly). One of the =H= guys on my team rocked up and threw an incendiary grenade on the outpost (which does nothing in Training since FF is off) then stole our truck and drove off with it. I asked him why he did it and his defense was accusing us of spawn raping and he kicked half my squad for 'spawn raping and arguing with an admin'.

Ironically later on some one on MEC claimed they were being raped by US and the =H= admins said that MEC were supposed to get raped as that was apparently the whole point of the map. When I reminded them that half my squad had been kicked for supposably spawn raping MEC they ignored me, I'd seen that anyone who questioned the admins was called a smartass and kicked/banned so I gave up on trying to understand what their rules of engagement were.

But 5 minutes after we stopped discussing it I was temp banned along with a few others and the reason given for our bans were "go read the wiki."

Funny because I never asked anyone in their server a question about PR, plus I've played PR since it was a mini-mod and the wiki has been offline for a long time.

Anyway, it's not all of the =H= admins/members (their aussie member was actually being reasonable and helping out newbies) just a few who ban whoever they feel like at the time - because they can.

I don't have proof, nor did I go complaining about it on their forums. I don't really see the point, the bottom line is - it's their servers and they can do whatever they want with them.

Sadly despite all the kicking/banning they do for questionable or legit reasons, on Chicago Insurgency I was ganged up on and teamkilled for helicopters by other players.

I suggest avoiding the Chicago servers, if you must play on them try and avoid using important assets or starting any discussion with a =H= admin/member.

I thought it was a bit harsh but their playground, their rules. I have no probs with it.

Ignore the server and go on another servers its to many servers out there with good admins.

But you should have taken this up with the admins here and not in this forum.
