Okay. Are the norwegian forces the attackers? i just wondered beacase then the CB90N will be put in good use

Depends on the "story" for the maps, in A-stan are we attacking talliban with CV90s in Norway are we deffending with CV90s against russians.. Its gonna be interesting, only the future will show..

In Geiranger, the norwegians are defenders... atleast that is the state of the map right now, it is really up to Zeno

Both, the CV9030N is the most common armoured vehicle we have togheter with the M113 series and the Sisu's..
The CB90N is just a armoured boat with a M2 browning on the roof..

Question: will we be seeing camo-painted MG3s with the type of Aimpoint mount seen here:

I was planing for something like that, seeing as there isn't a single MG3 without a aimpoint or scope down there, and the camo paint is just awsome and also a standard

but i am not sure what type of mount will be used, as there is several versions

Suggestion: Can't the Norwegian factions use the great Operation Snow Storm map? I think it's a disgrace we can't play that map anymore, and it would suit the Norwegian factions perfectly!

Question: Will the Norwegian factions be included in the .95 update? If not, I will have to kill myself.

Dont kill your self, we wont reach to be done within 0.95 still some time left...

The amount of new stuff needed, textures, souns, effects and so on is so big that it'll probably not happen

It'll be done when it's done, instead of having high hopes it will be in the next release and get disappointed, you should hope for it to arrive in 1.3 or something, and rather be surprised because they released it earlier

Actuallly we are working on a snow map, it wouldn't be norwegian forces without snow

also you should really listen to Hexey here, we won't make it into 0.95, and most likely not the next release either, there are several factions further up "the line" so to speak

but we work as much as we can, when we can, and we will be done as soon as we can(can't really be any sooner, can it?)

but we do appreciate the increase in interest for the norwegian forces faction, hopefully it makes our mappers make better maps, our modellers work faster and our texture artists to make art

Ok, I see ... That was devastating news, but as long as I get 3d scopes with the next update I guess I'll manage to stay alive for some more time.

Just want to say that I really appreciate the work you guys are doing. Playing as a Norwegian soldier is going to be FAR OUT!!!

Not sure this has been written or not, but how's progress on the Norwegian audio?

Will in-game speech be Norwegian, or are you going to 'borrow' English?

Anyhow, I'm looking very much forward to play with this faction.

We have a sound technician(DragonNOR), but I have not talked to him in a while

he had allready done great work translating, so no worries

It really is a hard wait until this is something we can play You guys are doing a lot of work for us players, and deserve all the positive feedback there is.

I'm not asking when the Norwegian forces will be finished, but are they closer to being done than the other factions? As in... would they theoretically be the next faction to be released?

Im sure it wont be the next faction, but we are working.. but things take time. its mostly about finding peopels who can work fast and effectve.. but moast peopels dosent have to much time to spend away... on modding etc..

but we are working on finding peopels so we can get more done at the same time, so we dont have to wait for the same guy to make one and than an other model..

So if there are some good modellers/texturers/animators/mappers etc out there.. feel free to contact us and help us..
