Kilo, I absolutely understand your opinion on our mapchanges.
Lets me show you how I see it as an Admin:
-First someone after 5min(!) into the game (we always change the nextmap, but this happens everytime) :
"!shownext
....can we change nextmap?"
someone else agrees: "yeah mapXYZ sucks, please change it"
another one: "yeah lets play kashan/muttrah"
and the suggestions start...
We - the Admins of NEW - mostly ensure the players that we will change the map and we will have a vote. Until now everything is fine.
When we feel like the round is pretty much over we talk about the nextmap in our TS3 channel. "Maybe some Insurgency?" "Something with Jets?" "Lets play a small map!" etc.
So often we decide to have a vote between a big AAS map and Insurgency/small AAS map. e.g. Kashan vs Fallujah, Silent vs Fools Road, Iron vs Ghosttrain
Now here comes the problem, on a fullserver 62p normally 10-12player actually vote. And often these player leave at the ending of the map anyway. But democratic as we Germans are, Kilo

, we set the map with the most votes.
e.g. Kashan wins 8-4 against Fallujah
OK map is over, after Kashan loaded I see that there are just 25p left. So we tried to make everything right but we kinda failed.
So here's the kicker: We need you guys to vote and to tell us what you want to play
So Kilo, we are aware of the problem and let me ensure you we really work on this.
Thank you for your honest and good feedback, we're happy to have player who really want to improve our server.
