Had a good time tonight for the brief time I played. Active and friendly admins, good maps, good teamwork. Would HOG again.

CNC will ONLY work if the masses want to play it. There are only a couple HOG that want to play CNC so you and the public will have to get it going, that means seeding, talking about it, promoting it etc. The server is there, set up and ready to go. We can even set you up to changes maps and stuff if needed.

no admins on for the last 5 hours at least... People griefing/wasting assets - negative teamwork between any squads (qwai US side, and the rounds before that)

I suppose you could chalk it up to the time of day, but geez, tough sell..

I double what YAK-R said,

There were some rounds that I noticed there were no admins on for a long period of time even though the server was full, and as a result many people broke the server rules and began to steal assets, team kill etc. I try and keep my cool about it but sometimes it frustrates me to the point where I leave. Other than those times however, game play and teamwork is solid.

What would going on the hog website do to help? I've gone as far as joining your TS to try and get admins on, these are issues that need to be fixed continuously, not in retrospect!

I wouldn't be annoyed if it wasn't a reoccurring theme at Australian prime time, (like 4am EST). The other day the server played two full maps with a squad bug. The server was full!

Isnt it obvious? The trouble players will be banned from the server so they cant repeat their offense.

Dr_Death wrote:IP are also dynamic, with a wi-fi router just restarting it can give you a new IP.

On top of that, what's the point of banning people that do wrong when there are no admins when they can be limited because of the admins?
You only reset your local ip from your router. Your external up is what is used when an ip ban is issued. Most ISPs don't change your up very often. Some people keep the same ip for years.

Depends where you live. E.g. in germany most internet users have dynamic IP's which change every 24h. So its extremely hard to ban people via IP on EU servers.

Well that was rather unhelpfull feedback, "which one of the admins and what happened" usually helps a bit.

Also, as an admin on HOG myself, i take offence i the fact that you said that i am "the worst" without you even playing a game with me. Therefor your accusation is false thereby making your statement inaccurate.

I shall give you one more try to fix your accusation but please, if you got a complaint about one or more of the HOG admins, feel free to head over to the HOG website and let us know what happened.

I will then read the accusation you had against myself and all the other HOG admins, and let you know if it was a "just" accusation.

Thank you.

Maverick - HOG guest admin.

I think it's very fair to make a generalisation about a servers admins.

Sure, a bit more information would be nice, but when you act, you don't act individually - you're a team, you get judged as a team. That's why consistency matters.

I personally think the admins on HOG are the least consistent in the enforcing of their rules.

Both myself and a lot of the other admins do enforce the rules very harshly, i can however as you say be held accountable for the actions of the other HOG admins, to a certain point however, their actions does not necessarily speak for me, nor the rest of the HOG admin team, i do understand what you mean and what you are getting at.

I will however, disagree on your final statement, i won't say names/servers but that is in my experience both before and present, to be a very wrongfully accusation.

I'm afraid I'm gonna have to support Mr Winzip on this one Super, that was 100% called for, BUT seeing as you have yet to actually give myself or anyone else from HOG any viable information, Super's statement about you is at this current time, not 100% false either with all due respect.

Until either one of you can provide myself, or Super_65 with information on what happened and at what time, I will go from the assumption that you did in fact brake the server rules and was removed for that very reason.

OR, you decided to leave the server of your own free will because you were unable to troll around like you normally would

OR, you have no actual problems with the server, but a personal problem with one of the admins, which i can understand as not every admin is as cool as i am.
