If I may suggest something a bit on this one. Even though it looks like you took my earlier advice and I think this looks great. I am going to suggest that if you make a sunset photo with an orange like this one, that you lay off a bit on the lens flare. See how the flare is a little to bright, and it's making the sun around it pinkish? IRL that usually wouldn't happen.

By increasing the lens flare you effectively took a little bit of darkness off the soldiers, which IMO looks a little to bright. (Nosey people like myself will notice the features still present in the soldiers) I must say though I am looking forward to your next edits :)

There is usually significant haze washing out contrast throughout the image and especially near the light source in addition to those colourfull artifacts with lens flare when filming with a real camera, not a game-one.
As I was trying to explain in the previous post it was to pursue a more photorealistic look even though it was 'degrading' the image. But to each their own taste, if you don't like it but want to use the high res version as your desktop background or just mess about it you can crush the blacks just a little bit to get rid of most of the haze.

Thanks for the positive feedback btw, glad you like them. The 'twilight-one' (lol) is my favourite one too now. And Wolfe apparently likes it wide angle ! :-D It's Kashan sure but which part of the map?

Don't get me wrong man. I love the image. Actually almost all of them :) I think that if we made the lens flare as in between my edit and your recent one it'd probably be the most photo realistic. I'm not quite sure if you're going for a camera photo or a photo from a video camera as there are some slight differences :p although I'm really not an expert and I don't try to sound like one. It was just my personal opinion on the matter :) btw I'm loving the dusk one too :) I think it'd be interesting to edit in a moon one too :p I'm gonna try that based off the dusk one we will see how it goes my friend :)

Goddamit, you come up with too many good ideas! Actually I thought of this before but never made it happen, thank you for reminding now I'm going to steal your idea

I actually thought about what phase the moon has to be in relation to the direction of the sun and calculated how large the moon should appear. Since the screenshot was taken through binoculars in PR that have approximately a thirteen degree horizontal field of view (on this image ratio) and the apparent diameter of the moon is roughly half a degree the moon will be at 73 pixels. :tired: This is what happens when I don't go to sleep. Too much ? And stars! Stars are always fun!

The darkness looks fine to me but I'd probably add a bit more contrast. :)

Yes, please!

I find myself playing less and less, which means less opportunities to get good screenshots. This is a picture I would like to have a go with.

C'mon, people, follow the image size rules, use .jpegs, links and thumbnails :-|
There is absolutely no need to post fullsize .png images and quote them.
