How can i tell steam to "install" Arma this way?
When i bought it, it have just installed the way it is now.

Currently i am loading the Arma2 folder on the same way, i load mods, so i get CO.
Wont it be possible to load the Arma 2 folder manually with pr arma, too?

Yeah, with Steam you don't choose where to install to.

Tell me that someone on the team has tested this out with steam. Please.

I think i gonna stick to that:
'[R-DEV wrote:Deadfast;1652461']As long as the installation finished properly you will have no problem running PR.

To run Combined Ops, essentially all you have to do is run A2 as a mod, for example:
"C:\Games\Arma 2 OA\arma2oa.exe" "-mod=C:\Games\Arma 2"

PR's executable will do it for you.

I know from when i was a tester, numerous testers had Steam so it shouldn't be a problem. Im sure the DEVs have a way.

So once OA has installed on your system drag the folder/copy it to your ArmA2 one, I did that last night and it's fine.

I read somewhere that there will be four official servers at the release day? Is it true? And what will be player capacity on them?

5 servers. All servers should be 100 players.

No - that's the download, which is compressed.

Installed it's about 370MB.

I have retail ArmA2 on my OS drive (SSD) and my Steam version of OA on my E: drive where my steam games are installed (dont ask long story). Just add none steam game, steam will search for games on all your drives select ArmA2. Then to launch CA just right click on OA and steam will ask what you want to play either OA or CA select and boom done.

right click is your friend on steam.

Will this work for PR:A2. DO we need a sticky for installing or is this coverd in the read mw.

I have read several different opinios on the whole "installation in one folder" matter.

Sorry for confusion, demon434 asked about both games being from DVD, normally these will install in the same directory as they use similar files. I'm no expert on this and my install is as above (both from DVD). If you have 1 version from Steam then things get a little more complicated but it will still work. There are plenty of threads on the PR:A2 forums on this subject.
