I still do not understand why the Spec Op kit was removed, we never received an explanation for this even after all the controversy. Spec Op truly was one of the most unique kits that defined PR. I also do not understand why ghillie suit was removed. I can count several times when a full enemy squad walks by while i am lying prone in some bushes. As for the pilots without pistols, perhaps making the pilots have an excruciating spawn time like the civilians would be better solution to airborne squads. A pilot without a pistol seems awfully unrealistic. Perhaps the pistol is just overpowered? The pistol is MUCH MUCH better than a rifle at medium range, atleast in .8

spec ops are unrealistic in the current setten and I think ghili suits aswel. Guili suits are only used on recon missions and such (not sure tho).

I have a question: What if you accidently choose epipen/medipack into your while being civilian, does it instantly flag you? or does the flagging work after you have presssed firebutton?

Spec ops was unrealistic, you don't just have a spec op or 3 that run around with the regular forces. Either everyone on the team is spec ops or none are.
If the spec-ops return I'd guess it will be as its own faction, since spec-ops isn't just one unit type they have all the other "kits" too.

Admist all the "Oh noes my ghille suit is gone, wtf spec ops 11!" No one seems to be mentioning the rifleman specialist ( slug shot and grapple hook rifleman baby ) - Any news on if it will be on "every" map or just the ones with the current "combat engineer w/grapple" ones.

I think most people are going to be really happy about the changes in this version, even if you don't think so now but when you played it you will see how epic 0.85 is.

And I think its time to remove the snipers for 0.9, just for the lulz ;)

Meeeeehn! This is so bad-*** 1337 I cannot wait till friday! Too bad I gotta work first lolz.

One thing Im very curious about is the drawing times and the deviation. How compareble is it to the previous draw-times and deviations? Still need to sight in for a second or two to become accurate?

DOUBLEPOST: Also looking forward to supply convoy duty! Bringin over the box so people can select kits and stuff!

This has probably already been addressed, but i didnt see it anywhere (i didnt look that hard, but hey). If the wrench can no longer repair vehicles, and only this repair station (which i understand has to be set up) can repair vehicles. How do you get disabled vehicles that cant drive there back on the road?

0.8 made people using pilot kits in inf fights. Silent protest to the deviation flaw | small arms fire under 200m.

its a great gameplay dynamic when in the city, you have to check EVERY roof top :-P also good to compensate for not being able to kick a door in and head to roof.
