Bah, going from ACRE to Mumble is like going from teamspeak to normal bf2 voip. How spoiled arma's made me.

Ive never tried ACRE. But i think Thermis is planning to use it for some arma 2 shit. Will be interesting

Is it possible to implement a muted/deafened icon to the ingame-overlay?
Is it planned for future releases?

I would really appreciate that.

I know the devs are goods (Gods) and they are probally working on something. I hope to see something new.

Stop bumping this thread... I keep think that there has been a new release!! (Which I am waiting for unpatiently because the current release is very bugged on my PC!)

It takes me about 30 minutes to log in to Mumble, and if I did log in, I won't be able to switch channels or anything for some reason - Tried running as Admin.

Hey guys, I got trouble with Mumble. I didn't read all the thread so the answer might be there, still looking for it.

When I join a mumble server, I cannot talk when PR is running. If I minimize the game, people can hear me but not when I am playing.

Another thing, in mumble you're supposed to hear someone talking when he is close, right ? I'm not sure but I think I hear everybody on the same server which is really annoying. So, anyone know what am I doing wrong ?

if on vista/w7 run as admin.

Already tried that... it didn't work...
I have made sure the program is not blocked by the firewall too...

That's not the thing, the thing is that it is rare when I successfully connect to the server.

Thanks, not sure if they hear me everytime but it definitely work for the bug when I was hearing everybody.

Well, double check if you are not muted.

And if your mic is plugged.

And it is not muted.

Been there... pretty embarassing lol!

Also, make sure you start Mumble before starting the game. Then join a server, then join the mumble channel. Sometimes, if you start mumble after starting the game, you have that bug you were talking about. Got it?

Yes the new version is nearing completion it just needs a major play testing for all the new features and then probably bug fixing. No ETA on release but its getting there.
