If a couple of reasonably large US clans approached us, and were willing to seed and admin a US server then we could probably set one up. When we tried it last time, we found it hard to seed unless our late night EU players helped out, and also the teamwork tended to suck quite often, which kind of made RT look bad.

I only found this server after 0.9 came out, and i've been happy about it. I always try to join when there are enough people. It's hard for me to play on other servers, because i'm so used to mumble now. Sometimes i do see that the teamwork doesn't quite work, but usually it does.
I like it. =)

I'll see if Fighter is interested. All of us in HKF play on the EU server religiously, I bet the rest would be glad to help

I would be on it all I can to seed, I'm sure a US server would work better since mumble is more used now

We'll see, but it gets complicated and it didn't really work out last time. At the moment the EU server stays full well into NA time-zones, but its not 100% mumble at those times, and there seems to be a few too many tards.
What we really need is more admins in the NA time-zones to see if we can increase the quality of the server at those times.

Not if a big clan would run the U.S server

It is a lot easier to to keep a EU server full and fighting when the EU peak time is over and the America peak is there then to seed two server independently. It is however clear that we need more admin in the US timezone that play on the EU server. It's important that we don't over expand. Quality and reliability over quantity of servers. We had 3 servers at one time, but only one filled and that was passworded. Starting a US server could just split the community and hurt us more then it helps us. And will need to be thought through very careful. But let's take that discussion to RT forums and leave this thread for feedback?

Heres some information about battlerecorder on the RT servers - we run battle recorder on all RT servers, and you can find the files here:
Order of doom server hosting, sponsor of the All maps server:
Order of doom Downloads
Rescue Rangers Clan, sponsor of the New maps server:
Rescue Rangers Clan Downloads
Download the file, and place it in your demos folder - it should be here:
C:\Documents and Settings\your_pc_user_name\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos
To play the file, run PR, and click the "barracks" button when you log in. Select the file you want, and then PR will run the map. Battle recorder features pause, slow motion, fast forward, follow the player and many other things. Unfortunately rewind is not available due to limitations of the engine, so the the only solution is to restart and then fast forward at x300 to the point that you want.
If you record any movies of gameplay on the server, then we have a section on the RT forum where you can post them :
Reality Teamwork

We have a new server set-up today, so hopefully the crashes we've experienced the last few days will be minimised.
Server has same name, but the IP is different to what you may have been using.

Sever has the best teamwork out there. Wish it was running 24/7. I understand now how mumble is used for maximum effectiveness. I sometimes wish is was mandatory in more servers.

i hope you all keep the single channel mumble especially with the new kit drop feature allows for me to have a little more fun with the other team. I kinda wish they'd bring back mumble where sounds go to a whisper if your far away

I wonder who will update our feedback thread now. Thanks Mods.
User given an infraction for his attitude towards the Moderators.

Well Space should have thought about that himself before spamming the report system in an immature way simply to make a point about an infraction he received for his attitude towards a forum user.
The proper way would have been to contact either the moderator in question or the head MOD [R-DEV]Dunhunter. And if indeed the infraction was considered too harsh it would have been reversed. And yes I assure you it does happen that we reverse our rulings as discussion is always possible. So the fact that he by default chose to not do this and conduct himself in such a way brought me to add the last points which brought his temp ban.
So I'm sorry that this has the possible effect on communications of your servers on these forums. But I doubt the Reality Teamwork team is only comprised nor only depending on just one person.
If you have any questions don't hesitate in contacting me or any other MODs.

1. Mod demanding removal of chatbox contents (same clan as guy who banned Space coincidence huh?)
2. R-COM removed all forum access except his own on the RT website
3. Community owner Banned
If you guys want to get rid of this community isn't it easier to revoke their license?
