wow, only 2 from 0.8 so far

V 0.8: I was bored with COD4, BF2, and BF2142 just lacked something.....so I saw a banner on a BF fan site talking about PR, and I gave it a try. I always dreamt of more realism in this kind of game, and this is as close as it gets. Great mod, great team play, can't say much more.

whenever the hills of hanoynai or something like that map was popular. i forgot.

.5 here i remeber seeing the smoke grenades for the M203 on some of the screenshots. I get all nostalgic thinking about 0.5 now seems like decades ago . Love 0.8 though obviously

I think 0.5. You had spawnable APC's back then and a Muttrah only server and Al Basrah had a A10 flying over.

I can't even remember why i downloaded PR at the first place. I'm usually not to fond about mods. I found it in the list of BF2 mods on Wikipedia and thought I would give it a try.

Since then, I never played vBF2 again. (LIES!! I did, and came back screaming)

Wow, we got an oldie here!

I remember a Mushtaar night map. SPRs on night karkand. Extraction on sharki. Karkand 2. ON and off with a mix of brainkilling vanilla, some dead fish 4 and something else..

And that Movie from .4 rocked my sox.

There still there, just some glitches with extraction mode. Check community match area, they have a UN one.

Oh I don't remember from which of releses i've stared playing. Meybe it was 0.3 or 0.4 release.
I only remember that there were almost all Vanilla maps and Mao Valley (one of the greatest maps in PR)

0.2 baby back in the day where the lmgs were over powered and karkand 2 was the only new map

Wow a a lot started at 0.5.

Started playing it regurarly around 0.4.

I had tried every release before that though, but vBF2 with more damage to the handguns and zoom on the tanks just didnt do it for me.
