"what!?" is the typical response and I say

"yes, cause when the enemy sees me, I smile and they always go "Wow look at that guys teeth he is a nice guy" and then let me live, and then they see you with me and they also say "wow those guys over there are pretty cool to hang around with a nice person" lets not shoot them.

In the 50% and more functional squads mine probably are:
"Rally on me."
"Sitrep."
and: "Do not engage unless I give the order."

Otherwise it's the classic: "Oh my *intercourse god.. I'm surrounded by peons with the tactical capabilities of a cow."

"Where the hell are you going!"
"Get back here!"
"Don't attack the marked cache unless you want to die."
"Don't engage the enemy unless you have to."

Current SL who was not using VOIP mysteriously gets disconnected...

I am now the SL with a medic kit...

New guy joins squad a few seconds later...

"Squad Leader you do realize you have a medic kit, don't you?"

I reply...

"I am addicted to the epipen."

'Ok, everyone stay put and hold fire, I'll pop smoke to mark our location, X, Y and Z secure the peremiter.'
Some genious throws an incindiary grenade on the road
'I told you to hold fire, that includes incindiary grenades! Now stay put and keep an eye out!'
Starts shooting into the sky....*KICK*
'Listen up! However still thinks he's funny by throwing incindiary grenades and wasting ammo, can you leave the squad now!'

oh god i've done that so many times when playing with you, nothing is more annoying than loosing air support (except for annoying squadmember that thinks killing a FAV is more important than the tank 50 feet from us that hasn't spotted us)

Squad of Infantry:

Deviante(me): "Get down! There's a tank outside looking straight at us!"

SM's: "What tank?" *Looking out window to see the tank*

Whole squad is killed by tank Heat shell

Happens too often...
My most used sentence is actually "good job guys" or "get some fire on the marker".
