Oh, sorry then. I'll just deal with the helmet as is and be happy with it.

Anyway, I'm also wondering how much the BMP-3 will be used on the RF maps. I don't think it's used outside of training maps on .8, is it?

I forgot to ask, will the MEC get the BTR-60 to replace the BRDM-2 on Ejod? The BTR seems a lot more comparable to the Stryker, I have a hard time imagining 2 crewmen and 6 fully combat-loaded troops fitting in a BRDM along with a supply of ammunition.

Then that brings the Russians and the MEC closer together. Something I definately don't want to happen. They are close enough as it is, in terms of vehicles.

But that's my point, it's not actually an APC :D

I was just thinking, about the whole MEC using Russian equipment thing and what not. I don't think it really makes too much difference with regards to this, whether the MEC use the BTR-60 or BRDM-2, since they're both used by the Russian army.

Infact since eventually, the Russians will have the BTR-80 to replace the BTR-60, and the Rusian army currently has thousands of BRDM-2's in use (with no plans for replacement IRL AFAIK), I'd expect to see both in game for the Russians at some point. Therefore, I'd say the BTR-60 would be an ideal Stryker match-up for the MEC.

This just leaves me wondering if the Militia will get the BTR-60 too, or will the BRDM-2 continue in it's role as a tardis-like armoured taxi? :D

they probably dont have a model for it, and it seems like smgs for spec ops in pr are prefered
