The issue is not whether there are PSO type scopes that mount to AK brackets, which there are (I own one.) It's whether the N.Koreans possess Kalashnikov pattern weapons that have mounting rails, and whether they have scopes to accommodate said hypothetical weapons. The type 78 optic, as is, will not accommodate an Kalashnikov rail.
If there were more information on the type 98, I'd leave you guys alone, but assuming it has a rail, and therefore their use of optics, is a giant leap.
