Everyone this thread is for feedback not discussing bans or kicks. If you had a bad experience that is feedback try and help the server admins find out why it was bad. But dont go calling out admins just go to their forums and tell them why you had a bad experience.

In another feedback thread you wrote this for a similar situation.. seems a bit contradictory

You cannot play PR like you do BF2, you have alot to learn about teamwork and organization. Our rules are guided to PR minded players, not BF2 minded players. I suggest you go back to BF2 because PR just might be out of your league.

From this day forward, when I am playing on my servers, I will have a zero tolerance for any individual that tries to test the rules I have in place on my servers. The warn, kick option is not a option for me no more. Remember, my servers are unranked and I do not have to follow the EA rules for ranked servers. My servers are servers for my clan, their are not public servers offered by EA.

I just got banned from all Hardcore servers by a redneck admin who couldnt stand my "allahu akbar". And it seems hes also the one who reviews my ban appeal. V-QUAKE-V....

Althought he used the simple mistake i did, snipe 1 helo pilot on main base on qwai, forgetting i wasnt on insurgency. Banned from all servers undefinitely. lol. Including insurgency where that is not even an offense.

Would be fun if you could review my ban appeal COEMAN instead of letting the same guy who banned me dirty me up more.

P.s: This is not bitchin, just feedback since I cant seem to get ahold of high ranks on their forums..

This isn't feedback, this is complaining about your ban. You have already posted about this on our forums. If you would have read this thread a bit you would have seen my post stating that I review every ban and ban request. You need to have a bit of patience your kick and then ban was only 1/2 hour before you posted here. By the way your ban had NOTHING to do with what you chose to type in global chat. Calling people names isn't necessary, besides calling Quake a redneck is more humorous than it is hurtful, couldn't be any further from the truth. Check our forums for my initial response and once the logs are read I'll give you my final determination. Thanks

delete it, I was just suprised to see a H post here when there was nobody over there, We should define feedback or survey another day... It was complaining indeed but more on the integrity/courtesy part? You saw like me i was being arrested and judged by the same person.. wich is akward to start with considering i made a ban "appeal".

I admit I was way to quick to react since I wasnt given a chance to even understand why I was being global H banned. I'm to blame for that, Quake is not a redneck he's just a tired admin, which is understandable considering the new popularity of PR...

I'm always around. I check the site quite often throughout the day. I check here as well. I understand your impatience and I'll straighten it out as quickly as I can. Players need to take a breath and THINK before posting a rant about a ban. It works out much better that way. The majority of the time all it takes is a post saying I F'd up and things got out of hand or a simple acknowledgment of the rules and an apology and 99% of the time a ban will be lifted.
Arguing our rules, calling people names, claiming complete innocence usually won't get you far. As hard as it is to believe we don't want to kick or ban anyone. When we do it's because we felt there was no other choice and something needed to be done. Check our forums for a response in the morning. I can't access the logs until midnight. Thanks

Oh by the way..We're ALL tired admin !

I for one will say that I have always enjoyed playing on =)H(= servers. Smacktards are usually taken care of quickly, and the matches are usually great fun. The insurgency only server is great for when I get the itch to get away from AAS for a bit.

Here's some positive feedback (Yes Johnny can be nice too... lol)

HARDCORE servers are some of the best servers around, outstanding moderators, good mature sportsmanship and reliable PR hosting makes up for a hassle-free environement and great gaming.

2 thumbs up for that. I give credit where its due. What COE said might have sound a little bit renegade and scary, but I can assure you -H- are some of the best guys around PR. They just got ALOT on their hands with the 2 biggest most popular servers of PR to admin.

The fact they still try to be fair and reasonable with everyone no mater what is much respectable in my book.

A little kindness goes a long way. I have spoken to the Admin involved and he has requested that the ban be lifted. So it has.

The Only Thing I Dislike about the HardCore servers are the "community members" The like to act like they own the server and can change the rules... But since they have no power it is more of a Kid trying to punch you in the leg then anything else.

LOL, we've been cracking down on that as of late. You have to come to the website and request it, if you don't and are seen wearing them, BAN. If you feel someone is acting like an asshat while wearing them PLEASE let us know, I'd love to have a chat with them.
