I absolutely loved last night, great gaming and teamwork all round. Things like this should happen more often.

Only thing I can think to complain of is the inter squad communications. They got abit messed up at times on the SLs channel, lots of people talking at once, etc. It was really hard to concentrate on several different grid locs for CAS coming through at once, especially if you didn't know they were talking to you. We finally got if half sorted halfway thourgh muttrah, but some improvement in that area would be good, some basic rules for all to follow or something along those lines.

I think that was me. I saw it coming up to swamp and took a lucky shot from the rock fort. I couldn't believe that it hit.

Was a amazing night of epic lulz, fun, and teamwork. :D . I will always remember this as the night I was singing YOU ARE A PIRATE and drove a one man boat straight into Barracuda swamp. God bless mumble!

On that muttrah round I wasn't the SL, on the other rounds I kinda self appointed myself supreme commander SL and just presided the SL channel using basic radio protocol that I learned in NATO2/St John Ambulance and people just followed that example. If there is too much chatter/incorrect chatter you gotta tell them. "You lot, clear coms, I need x y z!" when my squad and another squad were sitting at the bunkers havin a chat on Barracuda I came over and say "Oi! stop thus f**k fest and spread out! stop filling the coms with shite we're in contact here!"

BTW, for everyone's convenience I'll upload the BRs until the Fallujah round (the server was emptying by then)
I'll do it tonight cuz its a 700mb compressed folder and I only upload at 200kps.

Ye good rounds. I definitely need to get more used to Mumble as I was squad leading with no SL binds. I must admit I much prefer TS for inter squad radio comms. On the other hand it was pretty cool having to run over to shout to Rudd in his APC, but pretty frustrating when he was on the other side of the map!

Apologies for calling the British team noobs on Bi Ming, but not a single man defending your last flag? It was funny to hear loads of people going 'noooo' over mumble when your last flag went white tho!

Mumble definitely needs an automute between rounds as to be honest, some of you were trying pretty hard to be as annoying as possible......

Last thing I'd suggest is that someone co-ordinates balancing the teams a bit more between rounds, as two wipeout rounds kinda cleared the server. As long as clan squads are balanced between both teams all should be well.

GG!! EPIC Event !! Mumble FTW!!! I want more!!
i esspecially enjoied Muttrah -ending when 3 USMC sq retaken fob but mec didn't counterattack...
i saw that Mec forces(2-4 sq) retreat from west city center to east city center while TW sq and ?? sq went to the roof and started to rebuild fob ...
rest sq's (+me with m249 :) i think that i found me on one of TAW_Cutthroat's photos :) )were shooting from stairs retreating Mec's :)
sb said on mumble"why the are retreating?" few seconds letter MEC arty kills everybody on roof with first two rounds :)
after that Mec attack us so everybody who was still alive(Wicca's sq+ few blue) start to retreat to N.City (white) runing like in BHD movie("The Mogadishu Mile") and we run in front of mec sq in small passage...
result 6-8 USMC< 1Mec grenade :( +loud Mumble shout: "Grenade!!!" =end of Muttrah :(
MEC explained us that we lost because of Welshboy who wasted all choppers :)

maturity ??? few times somebody was calling everybody that he killed his bi***** i don't know what would happen to my body if our medic didn't kill that "maniac" and save us :)

I'm thinking that next time we'll get another clan to agree to be on the other side to iGi constantly,
Feel free to volunteer, as we're getting the next night ready as we speak

Though to an extent, it was just good organisation that won the rounds. I noticed that the round I didn't squad lead we didn't win :P Bi Ming was rather bad on the British part, Chi got in to Bi ming at the start and dug in before the British even got there, their attack was one squad in size, only once we were already moving on supply did they actually bring more. That is just how it went. iGi were all on one side apart from Gazz on Muttrah, but we lost that etc. Yes a Clan to oppose us on the other team would be awesome. But I think its not fair on iGi to be expected to host, organise and run these events and at teh same time not be allowed to play with our friends. That's not fair either.

COME ON IF YA THINK YA 'ARD ENUF!

I agree - I left the server after the teams were stacked too much. It wasn't too bad earlier on, but once the player numbers dropped, it was too much :(

haha! I spotted a squad of mac suddenly crossing the street all in the open when I shouted out to my squad we opened fire. It looked very much like that brothers in arms scene where the germans with the AT gun ran out in the open street in carentan.

When the first shell hit the first thing in my head was: OH SNAP! We walked in a trap >.< Very well played by you guys, and reading it back, its all clear why the mec risked an open retreat like that.

Btw Rudd: I could ask the rest of [T&T] if we can fill one of the 2 sides? If you still want this? Not sure if they want to (might feel to much like a clan-war, so I'd rather have it as to make sure both sides have organised play) but I can always ask.

Was a great night and the benefits of using mumble were clear. I also had fun driving Jedimushroom slowly insane while I was eating during Fool's Road.

this is where my favorite mumble action came, i was scoping you guys in that building the saw my teammates walk infont of me, i ran from cover shouting "IN THE MULTISTORY BEHIND YOU ! RUN FOR COVER!"

then called the arty in on you all, which judging by the deaths on your team was very effective

I only played 3 and a bit rounds and it was when the server started to empty so wasnt as fun for me as it was for others. But Bi Ming was alot of fun, it was the squad i was in that got to Bi Ming. Took out a fair few chinese, and then went for final bayonet charge and only 2 chinese were left there :/
