The vast majority of the kit was complete long before MW2 was released. The only thing that I can think might have been inspired by MW2 would be the IR strobe on the helmet -- you'd have to ask Fisto about it.

I intend on modelling the USMC LWH, but for the most part it will be retextures. In addition to the two factions never being seen side-by-side in-game, it's likely no one would notice if we modeled new pouches.
