How do I make a complaint about an Admin? I received one unwarranted warning from an Admin early in the game for a non-reason. Towards the end of the game the map vote was running and everyone was using All chat, but I was the only one who was kicked. I wasn't even warned, and I was kicked mid-flight as the only person in the Trans squad.

Not related to anything posted above. Tonight again was proof of how absolutely horrible the admins are on this server. It is such a shame for PR, that players have to deal with them because we simply want to play a game we love. Such is life...

Get your admins in line, following the same guidelines, making the same decisions. Unbiased and not fucked up. Is it really that hard?

Edit: Also I want to say I think it's funny how the server is full of absolutely clueless and careless people, shit squadleaders and all of that. Yet every time, the people who are long time pr players, and respected in every other community, tend to get kicked/banned from this server for reasons beyond anyone's understanding.
btw, this is also why you get so much shit-storm in this thread. Because we actually care about pr, and the servers this community can play on. You guys don't seem to give a shit.

^ I sadly play on this server often, because there isn't much else of a choice. And depending on who is on you might get lucky with the right admins on. So everything I said above is definitely not based on a one time event. This has been over the months

Played on this server with my guys for few days and although sometimes it can he frustrating when certain admins are on or shall I say "lack" of them, it didn't hinder us from enjoying those rounds. Just stick to the feckin rules I.e don't be border lining them like I know a good number of "vets" like doing, and you shouldn't have a problem, unless your a known noobhead.

we encounter no Admins on server and asshats from time to time...

but most of the time i play my game with no issue...

same goes for any other server on PR...

I have been seeing that quite a bit...the borderline **** is going to stop...seems vets get a break that they should not...I started kicking and warning yesterday....what makes it tough is the admins know these guys or they are friends and the relationship hinders proper admining...some of these vets are often in our TS and when u ask them wtf, why the chickenshit play... they have no good explanation...Thx for the constructive feedback

We currently have 4 Euro admins...working on getting more.

I don't know how you see it, but I don't think there's a need for this feedback thread if you react to criticism the way you're doing it currently, as in simply ignore what someone says and, even worse, call him disruptive when his point was more than fair and could be posted in every server's feedback thread(in some cases more than others) as a guidance for the admin team to strive to get (even) better. It doesn't help anyone if this thread becomes nothing but praise for you despite the contrary, or if that's the only category of feedback you take as such.

A good number of people are trying(and have tried in the past #FreeDanger2015) to give honest feedback under the grounds that you yourselves want to be as fair and accurate in your decisions as possible - but that obviously only works if you deal with the negatives in an objective manner as well.

There are a number of PR players who support their favorite server, which is good. They often like to criticize other servers for their own agenda. Their "feedback" is nothing but trolling so they can advance their agenda. They are often the same players, and friends of players, who have been banned from our server and from other servers. Their feedback is nothing more than transparent trolling...Take it for what its worth. If u are a player who appreciates good game play and a long history of success admining a positive gaming experience then we welcome u to play on HOG. When u read dismissive comments from us it is often a response to the trolling...see above.

I would like to thank all of u who play on our server and offer your critique. We strive for improvement everyday. We employ rigorous admin training and aim to be as fair as possible. We do not claim to be perfect but we try our best to treat all serious players equally. We quickly remove disruptive players and offer them all a chance to appeal in our forums. Go read the ban appeals sometime it will give u a good idea what admins deal with everyday...No matter what we do there will always be critics. If u play PR long enough u will learn who the disruptive players are and can see through their protestations...
