Usually my speech i give to every squad at the start of the round:

"OK Guys listen up. Listen to me and ill keep you alive. When i ay "Move" you move. When i say "Hit the ground." You hit the ground. When i say "Move to cover." you move to cover. When i say "Enemy West or 120" you look but do not fire for various reasons. When i say "Fire" or "suppressing fire" you do it or we're all dead. When i say "Come here" Use your map and find me because soemthing big is provbably going down with me and i cant give you actual co-ords. So, Use Map, Use VOIP, Use Guns, Use Medics and most importantly USE YOUR BRAINS. NOW LETS STEP TO IT!" (The preferred response is "Yes SIR!" or "Roger that!"
But i usually get a couple mumbles of agreement from randoms but my clan squad generally give me a "Got it" answer. lol

well mine most used sentence is "allright i need to medics, one LMG and a grenadier if someone wants to be... and NO sniper or marksman!" i usually get an angry mumble... and im just happy that the squad uses the voip

About that last sentence, don't ask me why but lately I've had probs with people joining my squad and disobeying orders, taking different kits they prefer rather than the kits I would like them to have. Etc. So, last few games I've had, the medic's been.. well, missing. :]

Uh, and this post makes me look like a bad squad leader. ****. I guess I'm a bit too afraid of acting like a dictator, or something.
