I would much rather you had told an admin and we would have removed the person for you.

oh yes :P we got wiped from that building If I remember correctly :P Yea I love things like you described. On that kashan skirmish fight I ran to the squad on our left flank to tell them our right flank was about to fall. Was much easier directing there fire and movement to help our squad out than by typing it all.

Hey, I think I took that APC out just before that epic Muttrah game was ending...pretty much my only useful contribution apart from dying in several dozend amusing ways.

There was a whole bunch of us rushing along, someone yelled 'APC to the left' on Mumble (and THAT is the beauty of it), and I just about had the AT up when it popped round the corner and started hosing the street...

I remember doing a pathetic yelp and mouse jiggle (stress-induced loss of co-ordination may also have made me hit space bar accidentally and hop once or twice like a five year old), then the AT went off and hit the APC square on.

The rest of the group was behind a fence so when it blew all you heard over Mumble were lots of versions of 'What the f***????'. When the dust cleared I saw everyone clambering over the wreck as if they wanted to string the crew up ont the next tree, as shown in the screenshot....

Made me wonder, wouldn't the AT round have killed them and people were just re-enacting their favourite BHD moment, or was there a point to it (apart from behind great fun, of course)?

Anyway, excellent game, great effort by the .:IGI:. to organise it!

Great games for sure, should be done more often.
Best bit for me was muttrah, taking out the US firebase near the construction site, just to get JDAMed (no PUN intended) straight after.... With no effect! (even though it caused quite a panic)

Sorry for the lack of screenshots, but I always forget them.

Look at mine a few pages back, and Rudd's video shows the JDAM too.

Lol that was me, I was covered in dust and smoke but absolutely fine!

About 5 seconds after I said that a MEC body fell from the upper stratosphere and landed next to me, so you must have got someone!

Also I think I was the AT to get that APC, I just got a HAT and was walking along when an APC rolled into my line of fire, fighting one of our APCs, didn't take long for it to go boom boom.

Yeah, I never got the kill for that so it must have just damaged it I guess, despite the fact it was a rear armour hit on a vehicle with armour made of cereal boxes that gets damaged by light rainstorms....

Hm,

(Dramatic pause for tumbleweed moment)

Just came back to get the Battlerecorder files, and noticed that (admittedly terrible) joke of mine seems to have killed the thread...

Sorry guys.... :fryingpan

We are currently discussing what to do about our server. We suspect our lag issues are actually the fault of Gamespy's master server. Similar lag issues are being reported by multiple servers with no common hardware or OS.

Let us discuss if the Mumble Nights are going to go ahead amongst ourselves and we'll get back to you.

G.Drew didn't have .85 installed, but he might soon because of the Golden Squad competition, so hopefully he'll be around.

If we do go ahead with a mumble night we shall post a new thread.

I request a MOD lock this since the thread has no more use.

you're trying to view a br from .85, and if you currently have .86 installed, it wont be compatible.e
