Tonnie is busy IRL, but I'm sure the ADF comfac is proceeding.

If they have something to show, they'll show it when they are good n ready.

Waiting on the M3CG and the maps and I think this comfac is good to go.

it's in the works guys, the hard part is yet to come.
as soon as we know more we will let you know, the devs will keep you all updated as the progress takes place, we just have to wait our turn and it will be done when it's done.

that's a DEV's only decision, and i doubt it would be that early. lets just wait till they tell us what else they need from us.

Tonnie is still working on it with a couple other people in the background.

Give it time, this faction isn't dead and it will be in while PR is still going strong considering PR2 isn't going to come out for a long time.

What needs to be done to the 84?

From what I saw on TV, our ADF soldiers have the AIMPOINT COMPM2 Red dot sight and their F88 AUSTYER Riffles have an AN/PEQ-2 on the left side, not to mention, the Swarovski scope is not seen at all on most footages of the ADF in Afghanistan...
Food for thought...

Could someone give us an actual % amount of the stuff that has been and has to be done?

off the top of my head about 20% assets and 100% maps still need to be done

hey tonnie, is there a estimated time for this coming out? is the date forseeable or is there still too much to do in order for you nail a date down yet? 2012/13?

Its impossible to nail down a date with really any faction until everything is completed. Tonnie hasn't been around much and he is doing majority of not all of the work for the ADF faction bar a few people like Tim270 who is modelling the new ASLAV.

The main facet to be completed for faction release are maps. At the moment, there is only one map, Black Gold, which is confirmed to have the ADF featuring when completed. Many that were made solely for the ADF are either lost to the sands of time, or their makers haven't been heard from in a long time.

At this rate - which nobody can be blamed for - PR:BF2 will be obsolete by the time the ADF is a potential faction.

hmm... I can't help but think if you put the same amount of time you use on the forums into learning how to map, the ADF faction would get done in record time
