Is this some kind of ninja motivational where it like says there are 69 ninja's in this picture but you can't see any of them?

Just wear sunglasses, that's what I do after they give me eydrops.
It actually helps. And it's fun to wear sunglasses indoors.

On another note, how do you not know the secret, Okita? Don't all the DEVs have some telepathic communication ability?
Or do I know something a DEV doesn't?

Well, I dont know what it is so I cant say for sure, but Im confused as to whether or not its something Id already know or not... which makes it hard to know, myself, whether I found it or not. lol.

Im guessing Id know it if I knew it, so Im going with I dont know it... idk though...
