We were afraid of how the PR community would take us kicking Rebiv out. I figured it would be 50/50 between good and bad responses, but I have had nothing but good remarks about this move. We have even had a few members come back because of it and our server is doing well. I was surprisingly shocked to see the support we had. My xfire goes nuts when we get full from people asking for a spot in the server.

What are you talking about? Look at your post count!smirnoFFzz wrote:Anyone that knows me, and isn't scared of the truth or someone who is blunt will tell you that I thoroughly research before I take upon anything like this.
OK OK I know what was uneeded.
On-Topic, though, I would like to ask while the no base-rape in Lashkar Valley rule... In the end (Friday or Saturday) of a round, the entire insurgent team was defending the 2 caches near their main. The brits were unable to move. Why isn't it allowed to baserape in such situations (ie. "Last 2 flags" for the insurgent/Taliban team?)

Not quite sure I get your question but here's my attempt at a response:goguapsy wrote: On-Topic, though, I would like to ask while the no base-rape in Lashkar Valley rule... Caches do not count as flags, the mains on insurgency maps are off limits for opposing teams respectively. Insurgents have a main where the majority of their assets spawn and as a last spawn when no other caches or FOB's are available. Allied main is attack-able by bomb cars/bomb trucks only. The only thing allied forces are allowed to attack are caches.
I think you want to know why insurgents are not allowed to attack allied main when they are down to 2 caches. The reason is simple, most people hate being camped at their main. Our server has done well with this rule and the vast majority of people like it. It offers a safe place for both sides to regroup. If you want to try to add stress to the allied side, you can use the bomb car rule to cut off assets, supplies, and troop regrouping to break up the final assault on your caches. This causes a squad or asset to remain at main in defense mode which keeps group troops limited in a coordinated attack.
Did that help?

He shows up from time to time along with other =SB= guys. I know some people have had a problem with them in the past and we have tightened our leash on them but they are always welcome in our TS and server as long as they remain civil.Wh33lman wrote:is Shughartism still there?
If anyone has a problem with anyone in our TS or server when an admin is not on, PM me. I need to know.

Yeah makes sense. I was just saying, it delayed the game by a LOT.HARRISON1973 wrote:Not quite sure I get your question but here's my attempt at a response:

8. Do not attack any Main Base unless it is the last flag. If it is uncapturabe, you will not attack it period. This includes aircraft or area strikes.
