The problem is that this medic things seems like a legit bug.

PM-a-DEV, perhaps?

Seems that developers are contradicting themselves a lot. And a lot of posts got deleted. Even devs post. :D So far it seems that this is the official version:

Previous R dev Duke (if i remember nick correct) stated it's planned. And so Devs on server as response to spawncptain.

Please remember there were are a multitude of changes, its sometimes hard to keep track of the history of each one :)

Pretty sure the medic change was intentional. Realistically, you wouldn't be able to perform first aid on yourself after being shot or being hit by shrapnel. But regardless, its frustrating reviving a medic and then having to switch kits, or have the medic waste all his patches.

A bug report was posted regarding the arms being no longer visible on the motorbikes. A DEV replied saying this is a BF2 limitation, however, they were arms clearly visible on the bikes on .957. What gives?
Here's proof btw:

I really don't think we should give up hope on seeing arms on vehicles, as this is already implemented into the game.

Yea it does seems like they are trying to prevent the forums from being spammed with hate on the medic update :D

again ill put in my 2 cent about it.

Why did they implement this since it will just result in a lot more awkward medic kit switching during game-play?

That's very understandable and I think no one from community bears a grudge against developers for that. But in my opinion it would be respectful for patch and changes hungry community to just clarify some things instead of silence and that just spreads confusion and frustration. :) Ignoring community is not really fun for anyone and it shouldn't be surprising that some people feel upset because of that.
