Demigod bless the 3D era with 120hz monitors :)
Tasting the smoothness of over 60hz after I'm never going back.
We can abandon our CRT:s now.

42" makes that ten pixel target awfully big, but I agree that smaller screens provide a better image.

Smells like win.

I'm lazy, how much do you have to pay these days for a 120Hz monitor that doesn't motion-blur and has good viewing angles?

I tried playing PR on a 42". The only difference was the color. It was a lot worse.

No such 120hz monitor with "good" viewing angles ( I assume you mean viewing angles on par to IPS screens?

But a 120hz monitor can set you back ?180(1680x1050 res)-?560(Samsung s27a950d worth it =]).

But normally the mid range ones are ?300-?400

Still out of my budget then, cheers pedz. I'm presuming then that the two advantages of 120Hz technology is that it doesn't tire your eyes [as much] and because of the ffaster refresh rate has faster responding pixels?

Actually i'll google it, cheers fo the info.

EDIT: 'Tis an interesting read -
