For u luck... now the PB errors of old versions has been fixed. A tip: first understand the software, second understand the PR ingame, and after u can say if its unplayable or not...

If your having trouble paying for stuff online, look up visa's disposable credit cards. 3v, they might be in your country. if its a connection problem with steam, which I thought steam serviced most of the world, then i dont know.
