We've all been in a squad where the SL thinks he can bully people around and act like he owns the game. Whenever i join a squad like that I leave.
I had a round a while back where I joined a squad where the SL acted just like the OP described (wouldn't be surprised if it was the same one)...
He kicked everyone who didn't live up to what he expected but ironically it was the SL who did the bad job since he suffered badly from tunnel vision. He only saw what he saw and totally ignored any intel coming in from other squadmembers... He just charged blindly into a city expecting squadmembers to follow him even though the guys behind reported that they were being engaged by enemies. When they were killed he blamed them for not following him close enough (many SL's forget that some squadmembers may not have the same amount of sprint as them) and then he kicked them. In the end we were 4 left in the squad and he was still blaming others for not doing the job good enough.
In the end everyone left, which I couldn't help being a bit amused by...
Just leave the squad it's the best punishment you can give them. It sends a clear message IMO.
