Sounds / Sound commands are translated but we are still looking for a place and proper equipment to record them.

I can't possibly overstate the "win" I felt while reading through this thread.
There are just a few things I'd like to bring forth, just for realism's sake. First of all, you'd probably never find an officer on the field who has his rank insignias visible, not to mention the bright colour. It just looks like "shoot me" signt for snipers. Secondly, why have you removed the neck protections from the frag vest? Unless there's a modelling problem or something like that, it's just not a logical thing to do.
Otherwise, great work, and don't take my critique too seriously. I just can't afford to complain at this point.

The officer's rank patches will not be in the final playertexture that'll make it into the game.
And about the fragvests neck protection, it's a playermodel issue, we would have to edit the playermodel itself and that's a no-no i believe. (All factions should have similar playermodels so the kit geometries fit)
Edit: And i don't think we're allowed to edit the meshes of the DICE playermodels, so we would have to make our own from scratch.
