And unfortunately those 13 USD reverted to anything else in the build besides the 101 will not grant me any room to adjust for anything further. Newegg upped the price on the XFX Double D this morning back to 190 USD so I have to revert and settle with the Sapphire one I had picked out before. Can't really wiggle around as much as I thought I could of when I posted last night (wife is breathing down my neck too lol) so I'm going to have to be contempt with what I have listed so far.

Once again thanks for the help, moving tomorrow and should have the Internet and new PC back up between the 8th-13th. I'll let you know hows it going along by that time.
just remember that in a few month new stuff will come out and what you bought will almost be obsolete ;)

as for saving $13 dollars you could get that "green" PSU in my opinion I would go with that since it is more reliable and has continuous power

as for the heat sinks I never heard anything bad about them in fact I only heard good things because they improved them over the previous models they used for phenoms and semprons

Obsolete? That's kind of a strong word there... for the games I'll be playing (Primarily RO2 and all it's future mods, PR, FH2, Heroes & Generals, some Valve games, Console ports, Emulation, etc.), also as I'm so incredibly picky and niche when it comes to what franchises I play - it'll be just fine.

All the new tech is great but compared to what PC game development is doing right now - it's almost overkill (maybe in a couple years PC games will be more incredibly demanding). I'm good with this build for another 9-12 months or so. I have a lump sum of income coming my way by then and I can splurge on the Enthusiast level.

I was just kidding but in terms of hardware they come out with new GPUs and CPUs every couple month
if you dont pay close attention to the tech tree

when I bought my phenom a while ago right after I bought it a couple weeks later they came out with phenom II and lowered the prices significantly
really made me unhappy about the build

good luck with your build though

Here is a better RAM for $2 more. Same thing, G.SKILL Sniper, except it has ultra low voltage capabilities. I have a pair of these and they are excellent.

Newegg.com - G.SKILL Sniper Low Voltage Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR2

Ordered everything last night, went with three day shipping so I will receive everything on Monday. Updated my opening post as I made some changes at the last minute.

That build list is optimal for your budget, cheers for that.
As you know, we're here to help if you run into any issues on the build.
You first have to overcome this issue...
As I understand it, the board comes with BIOS 0402, but requires BIOS 0705 to support FX.
You need a non FX CPU if you happen to get a mobo shipped with a BIOS prior to rev 0705.
You might want to try to source one now from friend/family/coworker etc. Don't pull the other CPU until you test your new mobo with your fx6100 first though, to save the hassle of reseating the old cpu too.
