Personally ive never had a problem with anyone suggestion such ideas, its usually the other "non-established" members that tend to do the eating

At this point, whoever wants to create a mini-mod, they're the ones that have to do it. Unless there is an announcement on the news page, and the DEVs are dedicated and willing to work on it, then they'll do it. Also I believe that the DEV team might even be generous and might even help you a little. So, if we want more content, we must create it! (Like a community should be. That's the whole point of modding right? )
